If you visit or shop at Made 2 Measure, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Prices
All prices include delivery and VAT. There is therefore no additional charges on any items.
Payment
We accept most recognised credit cards. The payment is processed by Paypal. The payment scheme uses SSL and is completely secure, your credit card details are processed by Paypal directly and are not shared with us at any time.
Cookies and Security
Cookies are only needed to remember the goods in your shopping cart. No cookies letting third-party users make use of your details, or trace your Internet activities are used on the Made 2 Measure web site.
Personal Details
Data storage is kept to a minimum. All data that is stored will be encrypted and the only data stored will be that required to provide the service. Your personal information is only used for internal purposes and neither your personal details nor your e-mail address will be given to third parties.
Delivery
Our tailored shirts are normally delivered within 2-4 weeks, however the delivery time cannot be guaranteed. In certain circumstances, such as when fabric has run out, the dispatch time may increase by a couple of days. We always do our best to maintain the 2-4 weeks schedule and deliver our goods to your door as swiftly as possible. We will notify you if there is going to be a delay.
Returns
Due to the customised nature of our tailored shirts, returns are assessed on a case by case basis. Returns will only be possible if there is fault with the materials or errors in the order dispatched. Any customers receiving a product / service of this nature will need to return the faulty goods to Made 2 Measure prior to receiving any refund. The chance of this occurring is unlikely, as all products are quality checked before dispatch. If you feel there are faults with your purchase or there has been an error with your order please get in touch using the contact us page. If a mistake has been made on our part or there is a fault with the shirt we will give you a forwarding address to return the shirt, and process a full refund or replacement upon receipt of the original shirt.
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled by contacting us immediately. The order will only be able to be cancelled however before the order has been processed.
Measurements
You are responsible for the measurements stated in your purchase. The product will be made to these exact measurements and if the instructions have been followed it will result in a perfectly fitted shirt. If you are unsure about how to take your measurements please contact us.
Fabric Colour Reproduction
We take great care with the fabric colour and patterns displayed. The displayed colours and patterns are direct photos from the fabrics. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a very slight variation between the fabric shown on the screen and the fabric received. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and depictions are accurate.
Fabric Colour Consistency
We make great efforts to ensure our fabric colours remain consistent, but due to the variable nature of yarn production, texture and shades, fabrics may vary over time. We cannot guarantee that two items made in the same fabric colour, but ordered at intervals, will match perfectly in colour and texture.

Although we have no phone support, we make sure that we answer all queries within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Please use the contact us page for the fastest response.
Force Majeure
In case of force majeure the agreement can either be considered as judicially cancelled without the customer and Made 2 Measure being entitled to any compensation, or the delivery time(s) can be extended with the currency of the force majeure. Made 2 Measure considers force majeure as: war, mobilization, terror acts, blockade stagnation of work, transport obstructions, measures of commercial policy, strikes, the non-delivery or non due deliveries of the goods by suppliers to Made 2 Measure, natural disasters and any circumstances, events and circumstances which are beyond our control.
